Shanna Pittman
Shanna Pittman is a Journalism and Technical Communication major at Colorado State University. Studying Compute-Mediated Communication as her primary concentration, and News-Editorial writing as her second, and also studying Political Science as a minor.
She is especially interested in graphic design, fueling future plans to attend graduate school to research the emerging field of internet communications. She is also has interests in technology, literature, advertising and theory in both the social and political spheres. Shanna Pittman’s has a diverse background in web design and management, reporting, and politics.
Outside of her professional experience, Shanna is an activist for education, environmental issues, and people with cognitive disabilities. She enjoys writing, live music, spending time at the Poudre river and snowboarding.
